Human PanGenome Project

The goal of the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC) is an international project to produce high quality, near complete and near error free genomes of 350 or more persons representing over 95% of human genetic diversity. The Jarvis lab is leading the evaluation effort, and contributing to generating sequence data and genome assembly.
